Marlin model 38

Hopefully someone can help me...

Was just able to acquire my dad's old Marlin model 38 pump that I learned to shoot on...

Here's the issue, it needs a bolt assembly. I can not find one anywhere.

Anyone have any plans or what not I can take to the machine shop and have one made?

I'm determined to get this old beautiful girl back up and running again but I fear I may need help doing so...

Try ebay watch it. ive seen lots of hard to find parts. just checked ebay. some model 38 parts. just a matter of time.

Here is the breakdown of the bolt. There are a few part that might be hard to replicate.
I help a guy with the demention of the lifter #20k.
But it would take some time to do the whole thing. Someone sold several, along with many other parts on e-bay some time ago. They must be hording them. Because I haven't seen any since.

Also try Numrich, sometimes they pop up on there.
