I've never seen a lever lock!
I would just use a tie-wrap. But that's me and not generally recommended!

 

Ha! I was thinking the same then, no, I should get a lock but then the tie would be cheap and then no, easily cut … gravy

 

A plastic tie is as good as a piece of sting and does the same thing. That's great for the gun show I suppose but sometimes a lock is needed. Like with kids.
A lock needs to actually lock.
