Has anyone tried Wild West Gun's Trigger Happy kit and if so, can you tell me how you liked it?

I installed the wild west happy trigger in my 336 a while back. It was easy to install and I really like the trigger pull. Just under 3 pounds and very crisp. The factory trigger was actually pretty good, as factory triggers go, but the happy trigger is much better, at least for me its better.
I know guys who think its too expensive because they can get their local smith to do a trigger job for less than half the price. All I can say is, I wish I had that local gunsmith.

The wild west happy trigger is about the best "upgrade" you can make to any Marlin lever action...I have them on the 1895GS and the 1895CB....like was said, they are crisp at around 3lbs....it's a whole new game hunting so practice with it before you hunt. two other recommendations for an upgrade....the bear extractor and the aluminum follower for the magazine....oh...and I stayed in a Holiday Express and let the gunsmith install everything for about $40.
I would have put one in the 35 remington Marlin, but I really cringe in putting such a trigger in a gun I paid less than $75 for!!

I have two Marlins with the WWG trigger: 444S and 336 35 Rem. I really like them. I'm a klutz so a local 'smith installed them.

My 30-30 Marlin would also have a WWG trigger if some previous owner hadn't glass bedded the buttstock to the tang. The only way to disassemble it is to cut the stock off in pieces. That doesn't seem worth it to me.
