Plain Jane or customs lets see um. ;)

Here’s mine an Oly K3B carbine, it’s stock for now, still deciding on doodads to fix it up for what I want. Really like the A2 sights, it’ll shoot 100yrd 1” groups prone with my reloads, think it may do better, but need more time to see…

Nice looking rifles, guys. I really need to get some more recent pictures of mine, been playing around with the configuration a bit to make it more to my comfort and liking: reversible JP safety (works great left handed), Norgon ambidextrous mag release, Geiselle SSA two-stage trigger, M16A2 fixed buttstock, MagPul MIAD adjustable grip, etc. Thinking I want to get a freefloat rail so I can shoot it with sling support without changing the POI, and maybe some kind of optic, down the road when I have some gun money to burn.

Major components:
Bravo Company USA upper, 16" chrome lined barrel, midlength gas system
Bravo Company USA mil-spec bolt carrier group
etc.

I like the top two a lot!

That is a socom, right?
You are correct, sir! It is actually in Walnut, now. I don't care for the feel of the synthetic stock.
I also have a socom. I had wanted an M1A since I was a kid; went to the store for that, saw the socom, and the rest was history.
My socom is currently in a beechwood stock, old military. I also like the feel a lot better, plus now it liiks like a little M14.

I actually had a Scout on order but they were on infinite backorder. I was headed in to buy a Standard Loaded and they had the S16 hanging under it and I though... What the heck? I love it! Part of me would still rather have the Scout but I'm perfectly happy with the Socom. The muzzle brake makes the weapon! ...it rules!

I thought the synthetic stock was rather flimsy and got a Walnut stock from Fred. I debated Birch, but stuck with Walnut... it's a working rifle.

Exactly my situation! I went for the fullsize, but decided on the scout. It was on forever backorder, but they did happen to have a socom right there.....
My birch stock is also from Fred's. He is a terrible businessman.
I also orderd the Nam synthetic stock. They charged me, but never sent it. Back in April, this was. I call every other Monday. He or his wife answes the phone, lies to me and says they will ship it out that day, and, still no stock. Gotta call him again on monday.

Back in the summer of 2008, with the stormy political forecast for "Pro 2A", I built this Rock River. The upper is a R/R with a Troy free float quad rail and B.U.I.S., Stainless heavy 1:8" twist barrel with a Streamlight M3X and a red LaserMax. The Leupold Scout is mounted in a QD LaRue Tactical SPR-1.5. The R/R lower has a Hogue grip, Williams Set Trigger and a Magpul Enhanced trigger guard.

That's a pretty mean looking M1A, H20 MAN. Is it a Fulton Armory one? Surefire suppressor work on both the AK and the M1A? I guess the extra 0.002" bullet diameter on the AK is all within the suppressor's range of error, eh?

Thanks,

It's a rare MK14 SEI Mod 1 built by Smith Enterprise, Inc. on a Norinco receiver with an 18" chrome lined
M118LR barrel. SEI built the barreled action, I installed it in the SAGE EBR stock and added the accessories.
The sound suppressor is also an SEI item, it's the M14DC 0.30 caliber suppressor purchased
from Fisher Enterprises and it performs as it should on all of my M14s and my lone 7.62 AKM.

I am happy to say that my Norinco AKM cyclse sub sonic ammo with the suppressor installed :)

Cool, I just surfed over to their website, and noticed they had a video of you shooting your M14. Neat. I like that those suppressors work with the Vortex flash hider, that's pretty sweet.
