That is an excellent looking bullet !great find. Looks just like the Speer. I will be buying some.

So what bullet is BB useing for their 35rem offering now days?They were useing the 220grain Speer, I know that because I have some.

 

Well I took the plunge and ordered 100 of the Fury 220g FN .358 bullets. Probably be a little while before I load some up, but when I do I’ll post my results.

Thanks for the info. I have been looking for a replacement for the Speer 220 gr. Going to do a little research on Fury Custom Bullets. Hope it is legit, if so I will also order some.

They are a legit company. My bullets should be here tomorrow, I'll post some pics of them on Friday.

 

The bullets showed up and they look good. The second photo is one of the Fury bullets next to a Speer 180g. Average weight of the 10 I weighed was 220.4g.

 

Looks like a good replacement for the 220grain Speer. What do you intend to load it in?

 

My 336LTD SS 35 Rem is the intended gun. I’ll probably try some IMR4895 or H4895 first. If my reloading store has it, I may try some AA2520. I don’t really need a 220g load for my 35 but you never know.

 

Just spoke with Fury,they don't publish data,just use 220grain Speer dat ,start low and work up, you know the drill.

Did you mean 4198 or 4895?

@panam let us know how the 2015 works for you. I will try some H4895 and AA2520 first.

 

I tried H4198 with the Speer 180g with decent results but not stellar.

 

Put 44 grains of LVR under that 180!

 

Sorry, back too the 220grain!

 

Just looked at the BB box,the volicity they printed is 2200 FPS!That's with the 220grain Speer.Dont know what test rifle they used,but if accurate, that's impressive.
