I'm still waiting to find a 454 Casull model 92 that they supposedly brought back a couple years ago.

 

If you can find an older Rossi pump. Get it............RUN from that ugly new cheap crap Rossi/taurus is putting out...........Better still buy a Henry pump .22 and be happy forever.

 

I don't know why but I kinda like the ugly plastic one.
Scheel's in The Colony (Texas) has them but I don't want to pay Scheel's prices...

 

I saw and older Rossie pump at a gun show this weekend. It sold for $150.

I looked/held one at a store. If they had given it to me I would have left it at the store. NO quality and NO aesthetics. However to each his own.

 

I found one of the very old Rossi .22 pumps without the fugly safety on top of the bolt 40 years ago. Has a nice nickel finish with a sharp looking blond stock and pump handle. The blond ones are scarce. Just looked at the polymer Rossi on GB in question. Pretty homely. Don’t think so. Find yourself a tried and true Marlin or Ruger 10-22.

 

Just to follow up, I did get one of the Gallery pumps. Yeah, it's kinda ugly but it's fun to shoot! Comes with pretty good sights. I was bouncing spent shotgun shells at about 15 yards with no problem. Would be a great little gun to take camping or fishing without worrying about scratching up your nice 39a!
