The outfit in ME that I buy quite a few rifles from has a M57-M tube feeder in 92%, with scope, for $135.

is the site. Go to used guns, then scroll down to "22 Mag" and it's the first listing. These guys have never burned me in a dozen purchases. They charge $10 shipping. ~Andrew

Andrew; I checked it out, and see it also has a scope on it. I'm not familiar with this particular model, but while I was at the site, I browsed around a bit, and it seems like most of their prices are very good. Do you recommend the '57? I've been thinking about a .22 Mag, as I've never had one, but was leaning toward a bolt action, of which they have several. If and when I decide to get one, I think this outfit will be at the top of my checklist. Thanks. Glen

M-57

This rifle is out of production and has been for some time. I've never owned one though I hear they shoot well. For the money, it isn't a bad deal. If I was wanting a serious shooting 22 WMR I'd get a Marlin bolt gun. I have an 882SSV that is so accurate it's frightening. My son's is even more so. Go for the bolt! ~Andrew

found one

I missed that one when it came back as the buyer got his ffl 'n $$ in later.

I guess it was ment to be, as found a early steel receivered one. It is a 95% rifle, only missing the "bullseye" 'n "front sight hood". Now, to wait till it gets here in a month or two. At lest will have a new bullsey waiting for it. Williams still makes a peep sight for it too! Mike
