Anyone see these being sold anywhere? I think it has a rather high MSRP price, but they sure do look nice. Anyone have one yet?

Personally I'm not into the anniversary models. $400 isn't a lot of money, but it's too much for a model 60 IMO. I haven't seen them being sold anywhere yet.

I searched at a few online distributers that I purchase from and they get a batch in and then sold out within a day, usually priced about $340 and then tack on shipping and tax and ffl fee and your at $400. I'd like to have one but I think Marlin is pushing the boundries of the model 60 price limit.

junglekat, you are right it is a FINE looker! The fit and finish are fantastic. Love the pad, not the normal "Marlin" pad but one that has the rider on the horse called "danger ahead". Walnut wood beautiful with the bullseye and fitted with sling attachments. Overall I am delighted with the anniversary model and feel it is worth every penny.

Different Strokes for Different Folks...It's a whole lot more 60 than a standard stainless steel. Only fifty bucks more that the standard stainless 60 Buds has for sale.
If it's to much for some, then its to much. Not for me. $329 shipped is a deal. But that's just me.
You would know what I mean if you actually held one.

I have one, Long Story Short, I sent my M60SS with grey laminate in for warranty work on the trigger. 5 months later and many emails and phone calls, they called me to say they couldn't fix it and wanted to send me a new rifle. 2 weeks after the call My FFL said it was in, not a new version of my original rifle, but a new SS anniversary edition, worth about $150 more than the one I had. I called and they said thank you for being patient, keep the rifle, thanks for being a customer. So I'll take it.
