That is like finding a nice Marlin 336sc as far as barrel length, 2/3 tube, etc. Only difference would be the roll stamp and walnut furniture on the Marlin 336sc.

I just saw one at my local shop for $240 with a Weaver scope, blue is about 75%, stock was refinished while still on gun, not really bad job but some varnish over run on metal, nice bore. A good one to take a chance on or pass it by?????????????

 

I cannot tell a lie... Those stocks on that one are ugly as sin ;D Other than that, that is a fine addition!! I got my eye out for a Glenfield, it'll happen soon. Congrats to your Brother. .Dirty-.30

I know. That one would be nice to have. He's going to refinish the stocks and I told him he could even get a set of walnut stocks for it. I just couldn't believe it was a 35 Remington. I wonder how many were made in 35? For a 1966 gun, it really looks pretty good.

 

I was watching this one also, if I hadn't just bought a 375 I would have been bidding on this one. What was the final price, last I saw was $240.00.

We need to research this, because now i want to find another Glenfield in 35 Remington.
