Here are your pictures. Nice bear and you're right -- it will make a nice rug. WOW!!! The fur looks really thick. Nice job. I assume the round you used was hand loaded?

Hope you don't mind my posting your pictures. I just feel they deserve coming up when the thread comes up as THE BEAR is a really nice one.

Saw your thread over at Leverguns too.

Modoc ED, Thanks. I can not figure out how to post pics.
The bullet was the Ranch Dog 265gr mold. With lube and gas check it weighs around 280gr. sized at .432 a hardness of 18BHN. Work well.
Forgot to add, sights are a Skinner rear ghost ring and a Marbles green fiberoptic front. The green showed up good against the black.

My guess is that Ed is the svelt, nice looking gentleman on the right in the pic. That log looks big enough for a dugout canoe. And no, I am not making a pass. I am just partial to old phart grandpas with funny doorbells. :p

I'm the big guy in the all green jacket. At 50 I refuse to be an old phart for another 30years.
Well at 50 you're just a young pup, a Whippersnapper if you will. Great job on the bear Junior!
