User serviceable isn't exactly a good thing. A truly good can shouldn't be able to be taken apart by the user, or even need to. They get quieter as carbon builds up, and smokeless/jacketed will not get as dirty as a rimfire can, ever. When it comes to the 300 Black Out, not much can beat an Otter Creek Labs Hydrogen S, or even the L if you don't mind an L sized can. I have several cans from OCL and they're great. Not only that they're a great value, and you get a lot of suppressor for the money. Andrew also has one of the best warranties in the industry and will warranty just about anything, including baffle strikes, without question. They're also all HUB compatible so as long as your adapters use 1.375x24 threads you can use your sico mounts.
Another OCL can you can consider is the Polonium 30, if you want a duty use can and want to save a little money. I have one as well and I can't say enough good things about it. On a properly gassed 7.62x39 it's as quiet as anything else. It definitely out performs my Silencer Central Banish 30, at half the cost. HUB compatible just like the Hydrogen.
