I'm gathering that the Winchester model 70 scope mounts will fit the MR-7? Is that true of the 1 piece mounts also, or just the 2 piece mounts? Anyone put a DNZ Game Reaper on their MR-7?

I believe that the Weaver #46 (48046) and #47 (48047) are the correct mounts, which are the same as used for the Winchester Model 70. For my scopes (1" tube) , I use the Weaver Medium Mounting Rings, 49071. I don't know of any one piece mounts for the MR-7, but I would assume that if you find one that fits a Winchester Model 70, it will fit the MR-7.
