I have several Marlin lever action parts that I am going to be listing that I will not be using. I will try to list them as accurate as possible. Prices do not include shipping. I can only accept a USPS money order or certified cashiers check.
I have a trade list. It will be updated from time to time. Please see post #36 on page #4
For all items offered: The first to post "I'll take it" is the winning buyer.
Marlin 1888 bare receiver. No visible serial number. There are scratches, nicks, and scrapes on it but no serious pitting. $50
Marlin Model 1893 serial number 223621. Dark greyish brownish color. Might have some very light pitting but nothing you can feel. Inside of the receiver is a little dirty and needs a good scrubbing but is in good condition. Rear tang is marked Model 1893 and top is marked Marlin Safety. $100
Marlin model 1893 .410 receiver and barrel. Receiver has trigger, trigger spring, lever, carrier, lower tang, and hammer. No screws come with it though. Serial number on receiver is 1025 and lower tang is 390355? but it's a little hard to tell exactly because of the way the numbers were struck. Receiver is partly a dull silver with some dark brownish and greyish color is spots. This is what appears to be some light surface rust or could be grime on the left side but I think it would clean up nicely. The barrel is a smoothbore unmarked 22 inch and has a good blued finish on the out side and a very shiny bright bore that looks almost perfect. No sight on the barrel. Sell this as a set and I will not split it up. Asking $250.
