I'm not 100% certain about the process. When Ruger hammer forges their barrels, does the mandrel have the chamber too? Is the chamber formed with the barrel rifling? Or do they hammer forge the barrel and use a standard chamber reamer as another step?

I'm referencing the post by @Tomray noting that Ruger would only need a different chamber reamer.
