You can also go to Numrich Gun Parts and they have vast amounts of parts diagrams for a huge array of old guns. I often check there first if I'm trying to find a part description so wherever I want to buy a part I know the proper name to look.
No. All 39A rifles have the same receivers. Just barrels, mag tubes, and stocks differ. Of course straight grips have the different shape, but still the same internals.
Many of the factory Winchester and Marlin, manufacturing drawings are available. Invaluable for study work ,inspection of design.
