If anyone watched it on A&E the other night did you notice he was totin a lever gun throughout the show? Was anyone able to ID it? It looked almost like a model 92 Winnie, but I never got a real good look at it...could have been a straight handled 336, but I never got a look at the ejection port.
Not a terrible show, but the murder he was investigating was committed by someone that was using a 45-70...and I love the way TV automatically knew it was a Sharps..sorry Guide Gun guys, but you were left out of the investigation. AND..imagine this...they knew it was a single shot and took about 5 seconds to reload....all of this from finding just the recovered slug. Best part of the show is it is filmed in Wyoming...or at least takes plac ethere...so the scenery is great.
