I have a Marlin 81-DL that has some feeding issues about 5% of the time. I think it has something to do with the magazine tube being gritty. Is they any why i can take it apart and clean it out?

I would probably try flushing out the tube with some CLP or WD-40 before attempting to take it apart.
I push the spring back with a cleaning rod and spray away and work the plunger and spring back a forth than spray more
I do this out side or over a trash can in the shop
Did you notice whether it mis-feeds in the beginning or towards the end on the last few rounds. If your feeding issues are towards the later half of the magazine it could be a fatigued spring.
