I'm brand new to the caliber, but a buddy is offering me a like new Winchester 94 Trails End Takedown with dies and 100 brass for a steal.

Lucky, kind of that the 450 Marlin is not real popular. At powder valley I managed to pick up 50 new 450 Marlin brass with shipping about $1.14 per piece. I'm stocked up for many years now as my custom Mauser 98 is easy on the brass even at 60,000 PSI.
