I have a Marlin 336D in 35 Remington that is in 98% condition. I would be willing to trade the rifle outright for a 336 Cowboy in 30-30 or 38-55, or an 1895 Cowboy. I might also be willing to trade for an 1894 Cowboy.

I will sell the rifle outright in a hard plastic case for $500 + shipping to your FFL dealer.

Local sale fell through. Rifle is back up for sale, this time with a Lyman receiver sight. Still interested in the right trade, and of course cash.

This is getting old, but sale fell through a second time. Rifle is back up for sale or trade again.

Not sure what a 336D is but i dont see how this could possibly be a good deal for a owner of a 336CB, the CB's in 30/30 are a collectors item now and most gunshops have used run of the mill 336's for around 200 bucks...good luck in this effort.

DOH! I see now it was a limited run like a guide gun with a ported barrel. would have been a nice rifle if they were to have left off the stupid ports.
