OK, here is the receipe. It doesn't sound good, but believe you me folks, it is the best!! Also, one can barely tell there is garlic in the receipe when done.

Mojo Sauce/Marinade

Uses garlic, salt, black peppercorns, oregano, sour orange juice (2 parts orange juice, 1 part lemon juice, 1 part lime juice). Uses 5 (HEADS) (60-70 cloves) of garlic!

Mash up cloves of garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, some peppercorns and some oregano into a paste. (Some) meaning to your taste. Add juice

5 heads of garlic to 1 qt of juice should do it. You may wish to add papriks, or some chili powder and cumin.

For best results! Cut the pig up and place pieces in oven bags with MOJO, and cook in the bag. No direct flame or the bags will burn up. Any way you do it though, it is Mmmmm - good!

225 degree heat MAX.

Kind of a spicy "A La Orange"? Sounds good! Ya can't have too much garlic on stuff....except on a work night; Everyone bitches if ya smell like garlic the next day :evil: :evil:
