Buy the XLR in 30-30 and have it rechambered to .307 W

Buy the XLR in .35 Rem and have it rechambered to .358 W

The .358 might need some tweaking to make it cycle well.

The .307 is the same length and rim size as the 30-30
load it with the speer 170gn rn and it's BC is higher than
the pointed LeverEvolution 160gn.

The 30-30 done to the AI configuration would be a better
rechamber in the XLR using moderate powders it can gain
a lot of FPS over the standard cartridge and brass is easier to
come by. Though it would be a hand load only round.

The .35 rem handloaded with 158 - 180 gn pistol bullets would
flatten out the trajectory and extend the range.

Big word of caution, don't use anything lighter than the 180 gr. for game in the .35. It has been speculated that the 150 Corlokt does not expand reliably and to make a long story short I believe this assertion to be correct.
