You can also buy spacers on line. Which ever way you decided to go there will be shaping and sanding involved.
Place the white material against the stock and trace the shape of the butt stock with a pencil. Cut or grind the spacer close to the pencil mark. Attach it with the butt pad to the stock. You can use blue painters tape on the stock and carefully sand the spacer to size.

All good advice. Making your own is the cheapest and works fine. Welcome to the forum. How about a picture of that rifle? We do love us some pictures!
