No way! The regular curved lever has been replaced with an early straight lever. No way would Marlin make a .444 look like that.

I agree w/you - I think the lever is original and the stock was switched/replaced.

It said the stock was replaced...as long as the lever depressed the safety and functioned what's the problem...quick cheap way to a pistol gripped stock...I would offer 50 bucks for parts... ;D 8) Hahahahahahaha
