Heading to WV. Monday for a few days.Looking for a log home with 20-25 acres.This trip will be in the North / North East part of the state. Any input from you folks?

Let us know when you find it. We'll be by for a visit. Especially during hunting season!

You might want to stay away from areas over Marcellus Shale. You won't be able to get the mineral rights, likely, and you may have to put up with a well and/or well maintenance. But there should be some $ compensation for that. Make sure you ask, one way or the other...
