I put my new 6MMAI barrel on last night and shot 1 fire forming round. There is definitely a chamber problem with this barrel. I used brand new brass and I have no doubt that within 1 or 2 more reloads there would be case head separation; it's as bad as I've ever seen. The gunsmith who was with me suspects the problem is runout in the lathe that was used to cut the chamber.
