I've posted in a couple of different forums and there certainly
seems to be an interest.
But I do not know which moderator to contact about it.
No moderator has replied.
Any ideas?

Contact an administrator such as Swany, get a co -captain,and start a sign up thread and members list on the forum section you want it to be on. If you have any questions, just holler at me. I'm on all the time. Good luck and I will join for sure. I love my 92' in .357 mag.

If you look in the Rossi Lever forum you will see we now have a thread where you can sign up
for the team. Just ask in that thread and I will add you to the list.

Yes, we did get permission which is why we have a sign up thread as a sticky.
We still need 40 members and a Co-Captain to be official but we did get the
GO so the team is up and running.

Try posting a link in the General to the Rossi area. I know there are a lot of Rossi owners out there because it's the best way to get the strong Winchester 92 action.

I do wish the round bolt Marlin 1894 short action would not have got squashed, basically a short 336 action.

Ok, do you mean post a link in the General Gun Related Off Topic stuff forum?

I already done that. Get to basics and see how the interests build. We should be able to have a good Rossi area with plenty of good info through our members.

Figure the Rio Grande line of Rossi is almost a 336 in design add in they offer a .410 it should take off.

I've seen good and bad reports on Rossi one in particular involved a .454 Casull.

Sure wish they would offer them in .22 hornet, 25-20

I have seen that 410 rifle in a lever in stainless. The LGS near me has one.
Too bad it can't fire 3" shells.
Rossi is like anyone they make good and bad.
I just picked up a Rossi Overland SxS in 20 gauge with 26" barrels and
exposed hammers. Stock was internally cracked after a master shotgun
gunsmith took it apart. It was fun to shoot but the chokes were way too tight.
It was chocked IM and Extra Full!
hard to hit sporting clays with it. Once it's repaired it will be choked IC and Mod.
These are super rare so I will be refinishing it.
