For field holsters I like Simply Rugged. For running around town my S&W 649 rides in either a Garrett Silent Warrior or a Simply Rugged pocket holster. It gets hot around here in the summers so shorts and pocket holster makes lots of sense.
If things start to deteriorate around here from a law and order perspective, I will switch to a Glock.
Ruger LCP in a Recluse pocket holster, right rear. Springfield XDS 45 in a Little Foxx IWB at 5 o'clock. Colt Officers model in a Miami Classic shoulder holster or a pancake holster at 5 o'clock. Almost always have the LCP and will add one of the 45s when I think environment calls for it.
I have two completely different bangers that I carry, when I carry.
One is a Smith&Wesson 3914 9mm that I bought from a friend and found a handmade?leftie leather pancake at the gunshow to put it in.
The other, my favorite, is a 1960 Smith&Wesson model 14 4" that I bought decades ago.
It came to me in a Bianchi leftie holster intended for, I'm guessing an Official Police Colt.
I know...both choices are somewhat anachronistic, but there you are.
4’O Clock IWB with a FN 509 in an Insane Kydex Creation light bearing holster canted forward. I’ve worked through several IWB and OWB holsters but so far this is my favorite setup for carrying every single day from work to farm work to play.
