Venison kabobs on the BBQ at my place earlier tonight. This is the second batch. Two teenage sons made short work of the meal!

Venison steaks were marinated for two days in red wine vinegar, olive oil and garlic.

Fresh veggies cut up while the coals were getting ready. Cook for 10 minutes total, turning once.

Ummm. Good! Guy

This is one of my favorite things to make with deer. I get a lot of my meat cut up into 'stew' meat for this reason. Leaves me with a lot of meat for chilies, soups, stews and KABOBs!!
