Picked up nice old 336 last week, with a lever loop that's about 25% bent closed.
It would be easy enough to simply clamp firmly, heat and return it to spec, but I thought I would ask for suggestions from other folk who may have worked on lever loops before.

The Lever loops do not need to be heated to be able to reconfigure them. They can be cold forged or worked.
