1 lb of Shrimp, peel them
1 medium onion sliced thin
3 strips bacon
1 pkg Lipton Creamy Chicken Rice
2cups milk
1 cup flour
Old Bay Seasoning

Cook rice as per instructions. Fry bacon till crisp. Remove, and fry onions in bacon grease. Drain most of grease, add milk and flour and cook till simmering. Add salt, pepper, Old Bay to taste. Add bacon back in, and add peeled shrimp. As soon as shrimp turn pink (2 minutes tops), serve whole mess over rice.

Grandma would've omitted the Old Bay, but I bet she'll forgive me. :wink:
