Good morning, I just picked up a 336 adl in 35 rem. (1955 vintage). It is missing the swivels, the factory studs are there but no swivels. Any idea who might carry or have a set. My parts drawer has only the run of the mill and these have a wider stud. any info will be of great help, Thanks Bob

My '48 model needs some too. It is well past collector grade, so if I don't find some soon, the files may come out! Good luck, jack

Back then they had the fixed loops on them and most have been removed in favor of the quick detache models.

Lot of them simply removed the loops and drilled the hole a little larger to accomodate the newer models.

The early swivels were the Winchester type with a fixed 1" loop, pivoting only on the wide stud. Original swivels can go for a hundred bucks a pair, maybe even more. Someone changed the studs on my '48 ADL somewhere along the line, and later swivels fit.
