Adjust the rear peep for your favorite hunting load, set it and forget it. You can tailor your light practice ammunition to hit the same POI by experimenting with bullet weight, powder type, and charge weight. It's an art and a science.

I have found my Skinner sight works with the original front sight perfectly with 158gn or heavier bullets in my .357. I Have a few 180grn that hit POA but lots more 158 and either works.

This very morning I was getting 2" groups at 50 yds with a skinner peep and blade (Bench, factory .357). About the best I can squeeze outa my 1894c on a good day. Sights are clear and sharp, it was a good day.
