Hello everyone:

If you read my post http://www.marlinowners.com/forums/index.php/topic,91477.0.html you may be interested in knowing how the story ended.
Well, as suggested by one of the posters, I followed Chuck Hawks directions ( http://www.chuckhawks.com/sight_improvements.htm ) and replaced both sights of my Ruger Single Six. Here, how it looks now:

I think it looks better than with the original factory sight (pardon me purists) and definitely it shoots much better. Now you can actually aim .

I get tiny groups with my stock Single Six sights. That setup you have now looks better though!

Hi PJ, yes they DO look better, but that's not the important part: now I can see the darn sights AND the target at the same time ;D ..... NOT WEARING MY READING GLASSES 8) 8)
