Hello everyone:

If you read my post http://www.marlinowners.com/forums/index.php/topic,91477.0.html you may be interested in knowing how the story ended.
Well, as suggested by one of the posters, I followed Chuck Hawks directions ( http://www.chuckhawks.com/sight_improvements.htm ) and replaced both sights of my Ruger Single Six. Here, how it looks now:

I think it looks better than with the original factory sight (pardon me purists) and definitely it shoots much better. Now you can actually aim :D.

Cheers

Looks nice!

I get tiny groups with my stock Single Six sights. That setup you have now looks better though!

Just me maybe, but I think the new sights look FAR better, and I bet they'd help my old eyes see to shoot better.

What WE think matters little. It's what YOU think than counts!

Hi PJ, yes they DO look better, but that's not the important part: now I can see the darn sights AND the target at the same time ;D ..... NOT WEARING MY READING GLASSES  8) 8)
