I put a 2.5 Burris with steel Weaver rings and alloy base. It all lined up real good and is fast and clear with plenty of eye relief. The rifle was 1" groups with iron sites at 50 yds,now I will site it in for 150 yds. That's about as far as I will shoot deer &hogs. My load is a lead hard cast 405 gr. Lee with 15 grs. of Unique.

Nicely balanced rig, nice to hear that the Burris is keeping up the quality.

Those 405 can shoot mighty tight clover leafs. Thanks I am pleased the way the 1895G perform's and how the scope is a perfect fit and very fast on target.
