I have a Marlin model 60 that came new equipped with a Tasco 4 x 15 scope. I would like to change the mount to a "see through" type mount so I can also use the iron sights. Any suggestions? :questionmark:

not positive since I am pretty new returning to shooting, but I think someone makes dovetail to weaver / picatiny adapters, that should get you where you can order some see throughs. (a little expensive, but a solution). tried google yet?

I had something similar to these on an old Marlin 780.

Nsmi thanks for your suggestion on Leupold rings. I ordered some from Midway and hope they do the job on my new model 60.
