Salmon BLT

Ingredients:

Salmon fillet cut into steak about ½” thick.
2 strips bacon cut in half
Lettuce
Tomato slices
Two hamburger dill slices
Marbled rye bread slices
Butter

Directions:
Fry bacon and put aside. Pour out grease.
Fry salmon fillet in skillet medium high heat till done. Remove fillet and wipe remaining bacon grease from pan. Butter one side of each piece of rye bread and brown in skillet butter side down. Of course you can grill the bacon, salmon and the bread if desired. Put it together: fillet, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and bacon. Add sauce to taste.

Sauce:

If you want a pre-made sauce, use Southwest Ranch. If you want to make your own, mix one tbs. real mayo and ½ tsp. season salt.
