Is this just a rumor or is there any justification behind it. The reason being, I was thinking of purchasing a 300 RUM or SAUM. I do reload, but if this is the case, I would hate to spend all the money and then see that brass is hard to come by.
I have a unfired 375 RUM, but havn't heard any thing about them being discontinued. If the do I'll just buy a bunch of brass and wait for the value of the gun go up. Remember the 8MM REM MAG? Check the price of those now.
The RUM cartridges seem to be selling well, or at least the 7mm and .300 are. I don't think the SAUM rifles are doing as well but both Armilite and DPMS have announced they will be chambering an AR-10 rifle in .300 SAUM, I think the round will be here for a while.
