I just found the photo section and thought I would share a night shot at Red Rock here in Las Vegas. This is a long exposure with my Canon 60D. I don't recall what lens I was using.

How far from Desert Sportsman's range? Thinking of looking at the west side of Vegas for a retirement home.

Looking at the title got me thinking about the red rocks in The Valley of Fire about half way between Las Vegas and Mesquite.

If i recall it's not far from Sportsman's range. Not sure on the distance. Probably a couple of miles past it. I was set up at the lower Red Rock parking area.

How far from Desert Sportsman's range? Thinking of looking at the west side of Vegas for a retirement home.
