Anyone loading this boolitt with RL 7?
RDs load data says 42.3gr RL7. Seems like A moderate load to me.
What you using.

Gaterskinner - i shot my first 460-425 RD's today.
Was using H4895 and as well as they shot, I'm not changing powders anytime soon. 8)

 

[Snapping Twig]

RD tests his loads in REM brass, so in all fairness you could modify your rounds according to the brass you use.

I load a 420 NOE (very similar boolit) over H4198 (similar to RL7) and his data shows 41g max, but I use WIN brass and I loaded my rounds at 42g and could have gone a bit higher.

He takes the time to pressure test these things, so if he says max is at "X" point, I believe him.
