Guys,

I have been making these for years and they are as addictive as cocaine. They come from an old Bisquick recipe.
Take about a 1 lb of sausage (Italian) out of casing and mix it with a cup and a half of bisquick and about 8-16 ozs of shredded cheese (I like a sharp cheddar and some jalapeno jack). Roll them together like meatballs. Of course you could skip the jalapeno jack and just use hot italian sausage. Damn, I forgot to add the oven temperature; 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Here's another, this one is my own creation from years back but now I see it in some restaurants.
Now I know everyone loves their barbecued wings (me too), but here is an alternative. Instead of the hot sauce and butter mixture, try this. Add about 1/4 cup good olive oil, 1 TBS chopped garlic and a TSP of ground rosemary (I like the ground, blends better) with S&P to taste. After you cook your wings, mix them up with this and your taste buds will love you for it, especially if you have any Mediterranean blood in you!

Enjoy! ;D
