Hi,

Following Vihtavouri reloading data, I loaded some cartridges for the .444 Marlin using a Hornady FP 265 grain bullet and N130 Vihtavouri powder. The max load is indicated to be 53,2 grain. I used 53 grains. What I realised was that the load became so compressed that the tip of the bullet actually got flattened (more blunt) using my RCBS reloading die. The load is not marked as compressed in the load table. I triple checked the powder weight (calibration etc) to make sure I got it right.

Have you guys heard about this before? I just want everything to be safe...
