Was browsing KTP today trying to kill boredom and saw they have a 39A centennial (?). This is the 20" octagon barrel model with the curved brass buttplate and medallion on the side. Decent used shape price was $600. I'm currently in window shopping mode so I left it there.
Just thought I'd toss that out here for you Maine/N.H. guys.

It was STILL THERE on Thursday afternoon, and I looked too.

Very good shape, only a few slight handling marks. Only thing I didn't like was how light the barrel was at the muzzle; too thin/light for my tastes and 1/2 the diameter of my old 70's vintage Mountie, but it sure would carry nice for a young'un -- or an old'un.

I passed on it too, so.....................

I purchased a Ruger precision in 308 from Kittery trading post a couple years back when Ruger precision’s just came out.Just $949. delivered. At the time it was a better price than I could find anywhere.
I got the same the rifle from them at the same time. Good price at the time and Kat was very helpful with the sale.
