I got an answer back from Tom at Accurate Molds about eliminating the lube grooves. He basically said he did not see it as a problem, as the fit is the most important. Gonna order up a couple new molds.

Got to test the new bullet today, no lube grooves and powder coated.

Sorry Starbow, its a 35 rem. using 24.5 grains of IMR 4198, the projectile is a 205 grain, no lube groove gas checked , powder coated and retained 189 grains. Shot thru a 2 liter water bottle and penetrated 8 inches into wet newspaper
004.JPG 004.JPG Its the one on the right. I think the 1 one the left is a tad to hard. It went all they way thru the newspaper (16") and into the dirt embankment.
