Drag a knife out guys and take its pic doin something! Remember, this is post a knife pic a day, not just show off your newest purchase. Pose a knife or put one to real use and give us a picture, please!!!

Here’s my everyday knife, the Victorinox Electrician, after cutting black plastic and putting 15 pepper plants into the soil. He looks a little nasty but will clean up nicely.

I made it happen… went up on Bigfoot knob and chopped up enough wood with the Junglas for a supper fire a lil later. It’s a chopper!!

I decided to pick up a mate to my small ceramic folder and grabbed another Stone River in fixed blade. About a 3.25" blade makes for a sharp, compact and light carry.

A run to the Smokey Mountain and I wanted a locking 111mm that didn’t have a serrated blade like my Trekker has so hello to the Rangergrip 79. Victorinox really needs offer all their half serrated blades in a plain blade option I think. I know it keeps at least half a dozen of their big 111’s outta my accumulation due to the lack of that option.

If only Victorinox would allow me to design and help market a woodsman series of knives to my specs 😁 I have many ideas…

Added another of the Leatherman sheathes and was pleasantly surprised that this has a 5th pocket compared to the 4 on my original for my SwissChamp kits.

I have that exact same knife. I made a sheath for it with no metal in/on it.... it does NOT show up on metal detectors at all. Just don't ever do something stupid like try to bring it somewhere prohibited like a courthouse or airport.

Used the new sak on a walnut spoon. It worked well with apple butter.

The song, “just my rifle, my pony and me” had it wrong. It should have been “my rifle, my coffee and my knives!!!! I enjoy the shock value when I pull and assemble the Backpacker from my backpack and proceed to fire a few shots while my pals look on

Very nice 👍. I have 3 or 4 of the Tree brand Bokers and they are very nice knives! That Bohler N695 is a very good steel that takes a good edge.

My favorite sak was there for it all, even if I was too busy during the pie to acknowledge it…

Kabar 1148 Electricians knife. I'm not exactly sure where I got it. I think it was in a parts truck I pieced out or an farm auction box O stuff. Anyway It turned up in my toolbox and I sent it off to be refurbished. I have a lot more respect for these. Thing's beautiful.

After waiting on a pre-order list for 16 months I got a ship notice the other day from knifeCenter that my Spyderco Chapparral with Raffir Nobel scales had shipped.
I got it today and in my opinion is beautiful. Raffir Nobel scales are clear epoxy with layers of fine brass and copper mesh at different levels to create a 3D effect. Blade is made in Taiwan.
It is hard to photograph but here it is…

Thanks @TnHunter356, hope to cut sumthin other than myself. I bought a Chaparral for my son with birdseye maple for scales a few years ago and cut myself pretty good one time while sharpening it for him. It takes a nice edge.

A few months ago I got that look from my wife as I wiped blood and added more bandaids to a "nick" I got from one new knife as I tried to open the package of a 2nd new one also delivered that day. I slowed the blood flow with bandaid #4 😂
