Does anyone know if there are wild pigs in the sandhills area of NC?

Can't see why not. I notice in this year's NYS. hunting info. book that there was a mention about wild boar that they can be shot on sight. In all the years I have been hunting in NYS. state I have never notice this in the hunting info. book before. Oh yes they want us to report Moose sightings. I guess they're coming down from Canada.
