Nice I never have any money, when I see one. Hoping to find a 40-82, at the next show.

I did pick up a refinished 45-70, from Cabela's, several years back, for $600. It has a 20" barrel, will have to see if it is original, someday.

Schtoolee,

Is the 45 a light weight? What is the ser# if under 355000, we look it up
I remember it was made in 1897, will have to look it up, when I get home from work.
And I don't believe it it a light weight, just a short barreled oct. rifle.

Well Clark I just got home and took another peek of the pics on my computer.

Wow! She's in very nice shape and a 45-90!

Whats not to like!

In a LGS. Are you pullin my leg?
Lou,

No kidding, I haven't been there in 3mo. They said they had it for 6, I can't believe no one grabbed it!
