It's late here but I owe you a pic of an old Savora 4 blade I used to take my first archery animal with in either 1989 or 1990 when I was 18-19 years old. Those were very sharp and that's back in the day when Muzzys were the expensive broadheads. A nice 4X4 mountain mulie was the animal.
Our bear season is open at the same time as our archery deer season and I like to have the 44 with me when I'm out prowling around all sneaky-like in bear country. I wouldn't mind hunting bears with the archery gear, but feel a little more protected when I've got a sturdy handgun with me as well.
Some early 90’s odd thunderheads. 150gr 2 blade and a 160gr 3 blade meant for hunting African game. I used on whitetails. These were sent to me as a gift from a Mr Watson in NC many years ago. I think there may have been a 180gr model too but so far it has escaped me.
