noob question

I have a 1981 Texan 30-30 that I have had a few years and after reading on here I noticed what I believe the bullseye on the stock was drilled for the strap, is there a place to get these and replace it, is it hard to replace or just a bit of glue when going back in. Thanks in advance. Scott
