Well, last year was tough, sold my two Glocks ( 17/19) and decided to replace them. My carry guns are Kimbers (Govt/Compact .45) so I had different plans for these two 9's.
I first bought a Taurus Pt92 AF off a fellow, and it works wonderfully, very accurate. It is for playing with and stays in the case with my truck gun, kept separately from my other stash, so to speak. (I live in earthquake country, so you have to keep some of everything in several places so rubble doesn't cover it up; if you live over it,ha)
The other is a like new Sig P250 Compact. It will stay in my Bug Out Bag. I like it, haven't shot it yet, but will soon. I paid less than 60% for these as compared to what I paid for the Glocks. I like this new P250, very sweet DAO trigger, smoother than any other I have ever tried ( XD's. Glocks. Kahrs. KelTec) I do not plan on spending big money on holsters for either, I like Uncle Mikes hip holsters for knockabout/woods carry, but will pick up a Kydex IWB for this Sig somewhere. I don't use lasers/lights and I hate the rail, but I got it for a good price.
I still like my PF9 for a pocket gun/dress clothes gun, it has really surprised me with its reliability and shootabilty.

Good choice with the Sig P250. It's very flexible for caliber and frame size just by dropping the fire control module into what you want.

It's a long DAO pull, but very smooth and revolver like. The only complaints I've heard are by folks who try to work the trigger reset like an auto instead of a revolver. It's huge into the K.I.S.S. principle and an excellent choice for a bug-out or permanent truck/trunk gun.

If I was setting up a department with low to mid-end shooters or an armed security force, I'd choose the P250 in a heartbeat.
