Just off the top of my head, as long as it is not listed as a Class III (I think that's where supressors lie) item (specifically) it should be OK to own. I think some of the high-powered pellet guns have a peusdo muzzle brake/supressor on them. You have to have the stamp for the supressor, not necessarily what you use it on.MarlinXL7 said:

No, it's not a joke, I read somewhere that on CO2-powered BB guns can be silenced really well because there's no spring noise. I was just wondering if it was illegal to make a silencer solely for a BB gun because Gamo Whispers have an integral silencer and they're legal.
